If you Google “Define Conversion Rate Optimisation”, you’ll find something like this:
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the process of increasing the percentage of conversions from a website or mobile app.
Or - getting more results from the existing levels of traffic to your website.
Well worth it… and often not focussed on.
The goal here is to help you achieve this yourself.
Now, the goal for your website might be to get email subscribers, or contact forms filled out, or phone calls, even direct sales…. I’m not sure…
Whatever your goals are, if you apply some of these ideas, chances are you’ll start to elevate your results.

2. Website visitor tracking
We recommend, and most marketers will too, that you get some intel on what people do when they visit your site.
Google Analytics is useful as it will tell you where poeple come from, which pages they visit, and how long they hang around, but what we really mean here is screen recordings of site visitors.
Once you see real live site visits, you will know more about where they look, where their mouse is moving, what parts of the site are attracting them etc.
It’s pretty powerful stuff.
What we’d recommend you do is check out the amazing “Hotjar” product, and investigate how they can help you. Just Google “Hotjar” and you’ll find them.
3. Stewart Gaulds recent article

5. More Contact Options
In our experience, if you simply increase contact options on your website, more people contact you.
Simple + effective…. you should consider it.
This could be pop ups, or a chat widget, or contact forms, or even just more links on your site to your “contact us” page. It’s up to you - but our experience is pretty compelling » Just make it easier for people to reach out or take the desired actions!
