Sometimes, a small technical error can hold your website back from success on Google.
However, small business owners often won’t have the resources or tools to disover what that might be, and a full SEO audit can be expensive.
So here is a list of free tools that you can use.
The idea is you run your website through some or all, discover what might be holding back your website (eg slow website, too many H1 headings on a page, no alt tags etc etc), and then plan out how to fix things.
Some things you’ll fix yourself, some might require you to learn a bit more, and some might required paid help.
SEO - ranking well on Google, is technical stuff + links + content…. these tools listed mostly help with “technical stuff”.
Best places to learn more are super blogs like Ahrefs.
I mention Ahrefs because they are also one of THE best examples of Content Marketing on the planet.
But that’s a story for another day.
By the way - I have no affiliation or financial interest in any of the following links, the suggestions are genuine:
Here is the list of tools:
⭐ Ahrefs Site Audit - very thorough - may need to verify site ownership
⭐ SEOMator - awesome, simple, and fast
⭐ SEOPtimer - another fast and easy one.
