this is what people REALLY want...
People ask me often about “shortcuts” or “tips and tricks” etc around Google.
I get it, who wants to hack away with 1 year of SEO stuff to get “winning on Google” when there are cheat codes out there?
Generally, the game of Google IS slow and arduous.
But….
There are also some “tricks” of the trade too…
This article is here to help you come up with a Google Jacker…..
What is a Google Jacker?
Something that you create for your website, that taps into LARGE search volume, and essentially hijacks Google Traffic.
Step 1 is Keyword Research - Step 2 is coming up with an idea.
In fact, you’ll likely need to bounce between the 2 - so let’s start with Keyword Research:

Step 2 is the idea.
An example is the Mortgage Broker game.
Most phrases related to Mortgages get a good amount of Google traffic, but “Mortgage Calculator” gets around 10 times the second best phrase.
SO… imagine if your website had the best Mortgage Calculator?
That’s the idea here… trying to find something that just pops your website up the rankings, fast.

⭐ Electrician » “electrical inspection checklist for rental properties” - can be distributed to property managers - great clients
⭐ Any business » “things to do in {town}” - create a blog post that is extensive
⭐ Any business » “deals and coupons for …” - people are always searching for deals online
⭐ Insurance Brokers » “How to save money on household insurance” - people love ideas around saving money
⭐ Electrical Business » “Best deals on power in {town}” - again, people love to save money and the cost of living crisis is real
⭐ Any business » “How to use chatGPT to do {thing}” - anything with teaching people how to use chatGPT is going to do well. Don’t right it, embrace it!
⭐ Any business » A mini email course. Can you teach something so well, and host the signup page on your website, that people keep finding it?
⭐ Any business » A quiz that gives people a quick answer. Think personality types, IQ, EQ, investing style, where to buy property etc.
⭐ Dog related business » “Homemade Dog Food Recipes”, the search volume for dog recipes is huge.
⭐ Any business » A video tutorial, hosted on YouTube, and also used as a transcribed blog post on your website. Can you create the best “how to” video about something in your niche?
⭐ Any business » A template or worksheet. There are loads of “best in class” examples of this on the internet, all hosted somwhere online, driving constant Google traffic to that website.
⭐ Gardening or Landscape business » a massive gallery of photos and ideas, like a mini version of Pinterest.
⭐ Any business » Buy and Sell page for a tight niche. Eg, I know a guy with a mechanic business specifically for Minis. He could have THE place to buy and sell Minis on his website.
⭐ Any business » FREE tools. Eg we use a free tool website to create QR codes, minify images, remove backgrounds on images etc.
⭐ Any business » FREE images. Think of Unsplash the free image website, can you provide free images around your niche?
⭐ Any business » Free data updates. For example Real Estate data, Mortgage Rates, any data that is important in your industry.
Obviously, most of the ideas above will NOT apply to you.
Buy, maybe ONE of them will get you thinking - and help you pop a good idea.
Then do your homework (KW research etc), and get building.
