As 2022 has unfolded, there has been an evolution in what I would call “internet trust”.

It seems like people trust nobody, and therefore do WAY more research before they make a purchase.

Asking friends…. checking reviews….. digging around on line…. reading articles etc etc etc…

This isn’t bad at all.

In fact, I think it’s good…. we are getting savvy and the good guys seem to be winning!

There are 2 goals:

2. Getting more Google Reviews.

Before you can write this email, you’ll need your Google Review link.

Head over to business.google.com and if you are logged into Google on your machine, you should see something like this:

If you click above as shown, you’ll then see this:

Click there, and you’ll have your Google Review link ready to go.

Next step is to write an email, and get busy sending it to clients - as many as possible.

Here is a version you can try:

Dear (client),

Now - obviously you’ll need to tailor that to your own business needs, but you get the idea.

I think for most, it’ll take you an hour tops - and some money in terms of prizes etc but the outcomes are very handy:

• Actual business intel from your customers, that will help you grow

• Google Reviews that will help more people find and use your business.
