6 things from 2022 to think about

1️⃣ Many businesses have zero focus on SEO.
And, they might not need a LOT of action, to get results.
Ranking higher on Google can drive your business to new heights - so working on SEO should at least be on the list of things to think about.
Start with “what do we want to rank on Google for?”, and then start looking at your website with fresh eyes.

2️⃣ Many websites have no obvious conversion goal.
What is the MAIN thing you want website visitors to do?
Triple down on that.

3️⃣ Local serving businesses STILL not focussing on Google Business Profile.
It’s probably 2-3 times more important than local business owners realise.

If nothing else, ensure you visit your GBP dashboard at least weekly, update it, and then chase Google reviews as much as you can.

4️⃣ Don’t go totally quiet on Social Media.
Almost every business should be on Social Media, at least a little bit.
Humans are on there, your business should be on there.
If your business struggles to be active, grab this article HERE, and work through it.
Build a list of your most frequently asked questions, answer them, and systematically upload them to your social accounts. This will help your business, your digital imprint, and your results on Google.

5️⃣ Too slow.
This is a general observation about business in 2022.
Lots of businesses, are simply to slow to get back to potential customers.
Speedier, more helpful interactions always equal ONE THING 👉 SALES

6️⃣ Not using email marketing
I think an email subscriber is at least 100 times as valuable as a social media follower.
Yesterday a marketer who has been around a lot longer than me suggested that number was 1000 times.
I see many businesses that could grow way faster if they were better with their email marketing.
